The Chakras is a series of abstract watercolours inspired by the chakras, the body’s energy centers. Created while listening to healing sound frequencies attuned to each respective chakra, these works reflect my daily meditation practice and ongoing training to become an energy healer. Through them, I explore themes of stillness, flow, and spiritual connection. My hope is that each painting carries the imprint of my connection to that chakra and serves as a kind of talisman, subtly “balancing” the viewer’s corresponding energy center through visual resonance alone.
